
P.G. Keshavulu was born on April 27, 1955, in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, into a family of traditional artisans. His early exposure to classical Indian arts laid the foundation for his lifelong journey in Gold Leaf painting and fine arts.

During his youth, he launched 'Likitha Patrika', a handmade news magazine that merged his interests in art and literature, setting the stage for his future contributions to artistic and literary expression in regional media.

Worked as Chief Artist in popular magazines like Bommarillu, Vijaya, Neelima, and as a freelancer for Chandamama, showcasing his artistic skills and establishing his name in the Telugu visual storytelling world.

As editor and publisher of Jabilli and Harivillu magazines, he created platforms that highlighted literature and visual arts, nurturing new talent while promoting traditional Indian cultural values.

Established Kalashree Artemple to preserve and promote traditional Gold Leaf and classical art forms. The academy trains students from diverse backgrounds, turning passion into purpose through art.
